CAPITAL CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

The FDA team expertly led the way for the ‘Next 100 Years’ campaign. They helped us put the necessary systems in place and kept the campaign on track no matter what obstacles came our way. FDA worked extremely well with our Board, staff and volunteers to make the most of everyone's time and effort. INTERIM STAFFING

 In October of 2014, NEPR moved into its brand new headquarters at 1525 Main Street in Springfield, MA, just 3 months before its Executive Director of Development and Major Gifts decided to retire. This was just after the start of a new fiscal year for NEPR and a major physical transition. Financial Development Agency provided an experienced and highly regarded fund raising professional to guide and manage NEPR's Development Department, a staff of 13 people, through this important time, while a search was conducted for a permanent Executive Director. FDA did an amazing job, stepping in and providing a virtually seamless transition from the person retiring to a new hire.

CAPITAL CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

The Roeliff Jansen Community Library Capital Campaign would not have been successful without the guidance and support of FDA. From the initial feasibility study to the opening day celebration, FDA was fully invested in our cause and our success. They were instrumental in obtaining foundation and government grants as well as individual donations. Thanks to FDA, the Campaign exceeded its goal by a significant amount.

CAMPAIGN PLANNING

Financial Development Agency conducted a "Fundraising Feasibility Study" for the YMCA. The results of the study clearly indicated that the YMCA had the capability to raise $1,800,000. Thanks to the professional guidance of FDA, during our New Millennium Capital Campaign, we not only met our goal of $1.8 million, we exceeded our goal and raised $2,000,000.
