Project Goals
Create a strategic fund raising plan to guide the board, staff and key volunteers through organization's first major campaign.
Outcome
During an intensive six week period, FDA created a detailed, step-by-step work plan to enable the Amherst Cinema Center to raise $1.5 million. The plan and subsequent guidance by FDA enabled the organization to meet its medium term fund raising goal and open the Cinema to the public.
